Who is Zayn Silmi?

We found this comment on reddit: A shady dude who has spent the past few years scamming various city agencies and all of us taxpayers, and was getting away with it, until a random housewife with an IG account started connecting dots. He tried to sue her; couldn't. So he tried to get a restraining order, and the court saga has lasted 9 months, aired on youtube, and we are all still waiting for the judge to grant it or not. Now Zayn can't do shit because thousands of people are watching him like a hawk. Here you are.
